Your body is a machine. It needs fuel, and good fuel at that. We wish it was possible to make up for a poor diet with lots of exercise – we’d be the first ones in line at the buffet. Unfortunately, this isn’t a system that you can cheat, your body can always tell and it will punish your energy levels if you don’t play ball.
